Since then, we have been named a 2023 Texas Monthly Top 25 New Barbecue Joint, a Texas Monthly Top 100 Barbecue Joint 2025, Best Barbecue of Hood County 2024.
While raising babies and serving barbecue, Hill City Chop House is locally owned and family-operated.
